I think it’s funny how there’s all those guilt-inducing commercials about the injured and abused animals that everyone wants to fast-forward through because it’s too sad. The same idiots who tear up about that stuff then get made whenever any pro-(human)life commercials come on. I say let’s care for the baby humans before all else.

You shouldnt generalise people like that, some people prefer animals not because they have poor socialisation skills but it could be that they have lost all faith in humanity,therefore their weakness is not in forsaking humans for animals but perhaps a distorted view of humanity as a whole which has driven them to take up these views.

Of course, there are people who prefer animals because they can’t get along with other people, but I dont believe there are many of these individuals coz I havent met any.

I’ve recently had very great interest in human evolution and how we end up looking the way we do. I know that are ancestors originated from Africa and that through migrations to different continents/places we began to differ in looks and genetics. My question is however, if Native Americans came from Asia, how would they be darker than today’s Asians? And if it was due to heat then wouldn’t they have coiled hair like Africans because of the brain’s need to keep cool against harsh condition?

I think it was really just different diets and climate. You can see a slight progression of skin color as you go north to south america. The natives in the north around Canada and Alaska tend to have lighter skin and look almost identical to people in Siberia, but as you go south the skin gradually gets darker (or at least from my observations.)

And Native Americans came to America about 40-50 thousand years ago.

The theory that native americans came from asia is, I’m afraid, outdated and long disproved. We don’t share the right genetic markers with asians and are NOT related to them.It appears Native Americans have been in living in America for 50,000 years, just as we’ve always said.

Cro magnon are homo sapiens.Most homo sapiens bones aren’t going to be fossilized.There are probably thousands of times more Homo sapiens bones than other hominids combined.That probably applies to some catacombs alone.Ancient human fossils before 10000 years ago are fairly rare.Human bones are very common from the last few thousand years. There are very few hominid bones and the ones they have usually aren’t that complete.I don’t know if it is accurate but I have heard that you could fit all the ancient hominid fossils into the back of a truck.

You have made an official and legitimate complaint against another employee.It is totally unacceptable to suggest that you will both be sacked without any investigation in to the issue.You work for KFC, they are a major employer and will almost certainly have an official grievance procedure.Ask your manager for a copy of the company’s grievance procedure for you to read through (you are entitled to this) and make sure you, and KFC, sick to it to the letter.

If they fire you for making an official grievance then you can take them to a tribunal for unfair dismissal.If it gets SO bad that you feel you have no option but to leave your job, then that is constructive dismissal and you can still take them to tribunal.

If what you say is true and I have no reason to doubt it, they should fire him immediately and report it to the police.I am not a lawyer but I think that would be making a terrorist threat.It really depends on the context but that is clearly not something to say to a fellow employee when you are angry.You might say it to a friend if he knew you weren’t serious.Even if you participated in it somehow and I am saying you did, he would need to get some serious counseling.If the company holds you responsible in any way you would probably be able to sue them for having an unsafe workplace.The company is likely very vulnerable.You probably would want to consult a lawyer if they don’t satisfy you quickly.

Whatever country you are in it is your right to be free of threats of violence. i think making a report at you local police dept is the best way forward as does’nt sound like your employer taking it seriously.It is gross misconduct and he should be fired!
